How does it work, and who can earn it?

The Level Bonus is your reward for building and supporting a thriving Zen Rewards community. This powerful bonus pays you a percentage of the Reward Volume (RV) generated by Associates and Customers throughout your organization.

Who Can Earn the Level Bonus?

You qualify to earn the Level Bonus once you reach Associate 2 rank or higher. This is one of the first bonuses you’ll unlock on your Zen Rewards journey!

Your Rank Determines Your Earning Power

The higher you climb in rank, the more levels you can earn from and the higher your percentages become!

How Your Organization Grows in “Levels.”

Your Zen Rewards business expands outward like rings on a tree:

Level 1

These are the people YOU personally enrolled – both Associates and Customers. They’re your direct connections.

Level 2

When your Level 1 Associates enroll new people, these become your Level 2. Think of them as your “extended family.”

Level 3

As your Level 2 Associates enroll others, your organization grows to Level 3. Your influence continues to expand!

Levels
4 & 5

As your leadership develops, your organization deepens to Levels 4 and 5, multiplying your earning potential.

Example A:

You are a Team Leader in the month, and Sarah, Miguel, and Taylor are on your Level 1. This month, each generates $100 in Reward Volume (RV) through their shopping activities. You earn 20% of their combined $300 RV for a Level 1 Bonus of $60 paid directly to you.

Double Bonuses

Here’s where it gets even more exciting! When you have new Associates or Customers in their first three months (Fast Start Period), you earn a 5% New Member Bonus and your Level Bonus percentages.

For example, if Sarah is a new Associate, you would earn the 20% Level Bonus on her $100 RV ($20) as well as the 5% New Member Bonus ($5) for a total bonus of $25 on her rewards.

Example B:

Let’s say you’ve expanded your business further. In the month, you have a Paid-as Rank of Executive and have:

4 people on your
Level 1

= $400 RV total

10 people on your
Level 2

= $750 RV total

20 people on your
Level 3

= $1,000 RV total
  • Paid-as Rank

    Your Paid-as Rank is what you qualify for each month based on your actual performance. This rank is effective for the entire month, regardless of what day you met the requirements. For example, if you meet the requirements for Executive on May 25th, your Paid-as Rank for the entire month of May will be Executive. While your Career Rank represents your peak achievement, your Paid-as Rank can fluctuate monthly and determines your bonus percentages for that period.

Consistently Grow
your Level 1
  • Continuously enroll new Customers and Associates to earn both the highest Level Bonus percentage (on Level 1) and take advantage of the “double-dipping” opportunity during their Fast Start Period.

Develop leadership depth
  • Help your Level 1 members build their own successful teams, expanding your organization into Levels 2, 3, and beyond. When they succeed, your earnings multiply!

Advance in rank
  • Each promotion increases both your percentage and the number of levels you earn from. Rising from Associate 2 to Emerald can grow your Level 1 earnings from 10% to 25% and expand your reach from 1 level to 5 levels.
