Your Zen Rewards Career Path isn’t just about earning more money – it’s about becoming the leader you were meant to be. Every Associate begins at Associate 1, and from there, each advancement unlocks new earning opportunities, greater recognition, and increased leadership responsibilities.

Think of your Career Path as your personal roadmap to success, where each milestone represents both achievement and growth.

Stay Active & Keep Building

Monthly Activity Requirement

To participate and earn bonuses, maintain “Active” status by generating at least 10 MCR each month from the combined shopping of yourself and your personally enrolled Customers.

Keep Your Earning Opportunities

Generate at least 30 MCR over any rolling 12-month period to keep your downline. This requirement doesn’t start until after your first full year, giving you plenty of time to build your foundation. If you don’t meet this after your first year, your downline will be reassigned.

How Advancement Works

Monthly Fresh Starts
Your Title is determined each month based on your actual performance. When you meet the requirements for a higher title, you’ll be promoted, with all benefits taking effect from the first day of that month!

Paid-As Title

What you qualify for each month based on current performance. This determines your actual bonus percentages and earning levels.

Career Title

Your permanent badge of honor – the highest title you’ve achieved. Once you reach Emerald, that becomes your Career Title.

Leadership Maintenance:

Emerald titles and above must requalify for their Career Title by being paid as that title at least once every 12 months.

Member & Personal Customer Rebate (MCR)

MCR includes the combined Qualifying Volume from the purchases made by your personally enrolled Customers and yourself during the monthly period. Beginning with Associate 2, each title requires MCR.

This is Your Foundation

Team Rebates (TR)

TR represents the total Qualifying Volume from your entire organization, including all Associates and their Customers. This comprehensive metric shows the full strength and activity of your business.

Your Organization’s Strength

Outside Rebates (OR)

OR measures the total Qualifying Volume from your team, excluding your single strongest source of volume (whether that’s your MCR or one of your legs).

  • Stage 1 – Getting Started
Associate 1 & 2

Associate 1: Everyone begins here – you’re learning the business

Associate 2: Achieve 10 MCR to unlock your first Level Bonus

What 10 MCR looks like: 2-3 active Customers generating 3-5 QV monthly each

Focus: Learn how rebates work and share savings opportunities

Getting Started Strategy: Enroll new Customers early in the month to maximize their first-month activity

  • Stage 2 – Building Your Team

Manager & Team Leader

Manager: 10 MCR + 75 TR

What this looks like: 6-10 active Customers or Associates, each generating 8-15 QV monthly

Team Leader: 10 MCR + 150 TR + 75 OR

What this looks like: At least 2-3 legs, with the strongest generating around 75 QV and others combining for 75+ QV

Focus: Building your first legs and developing Team Rebates

Fast Start Strategy: Work with new Associate enrollments to help them build momentum during their Fast Start Period

  • Stage 3 – Developing Leadership
Executive & Ruby

Executive: 15 MCR + 300 TR + 150 OR
What this looks like: 4 or more legs growing to build balance and stability in your organization, and 2 or more Associates advancing to Manager

Ruby: 15 MCR + 600 TR + 300 OR
What this looks like: Multiple strong legs and Associates advancing to Team Leader and Executive

Focus: Developing multiple strong legs and meeting Outside Rebates requirements

Fast Start Strategy: Use Fast Start Periods to help new team members qualify for their first advancements

  • Stage 4 – Achieving Excellence
Emerald & Beyond

Emerald: 20 MCR + 1,500 TR + 900 OR
Milestone: Unlock the Group Bonus!

Diamond and Beyond: Substantial organizations with multiple leaders building successful businesses

Focus: Developing leaders who can advance to Emerald and beyond
