What is the Group Bonus?
When you reach Emerald rank or higher, you unlock the powerful Group Bonus! This bonus rewards you for developing leaders within your organization by paying you a percentage on the Reward Volume (RV) from entire groups of shoppers.
Your Paid-as Rank for the month determines both how many groups deep you can earn from and what percentage you’ll receive on each group.

Understanding Legs & Groups
What is a Leg?
A Leg starts with each Associate directly below you (your Level 1) and includes everyone beneath them. For example, if you have three Associates and two Customers on your first level, you have two legs. Your Customers are not considered separate legs.
What is a Group?
A Group begins when someone in your organization qualifies as Emerald or higher. We consider them a Leader. A group includes all Associates and Customers below them, down to (but not including) the next Leader (Emerald or higher ranked Associate).
